It’s hard to estimate. Wait times vary greatly depending on  availability of products, and times of arrival. When new products are added to the online menus, wait times increase. As they do at ‘lunch’, and ‘after work’ hours.

Recreational users will need to be 21+ and have a valid state ID from whatever state they are a resident.

Acceptable forms of ID include, a valid Driver’s License or Identification Card, a valid temporary Driver’s License or State Issues Identification Card, a registration certificate issued under the Military Selective Service Act, or any ID issued to a member of the Armed Services. Nature’s Treatment will also accept a U.S. passport or passport card with complete date of birth for proof of age.

Recreational users will come in the grey side of the building, and present their valid state issued IDs at the check in counter for verification, and to receive a numbered ticket to come back onto our sales floor. Everyone needs their ID verified, and a ticket in order to stay in our lobby, or come back onto the sales floor.
You may then be asked one more time to present your ID to the cashier. There you can ask our agents questions about products and dosing.

Illinois has been experiencing a shortage of flower.

The various cultivators have been unable to provide an adequate supply to our rather large patient base since October of 2019.

We aren’t partnered with any cultivators, & can’t estimate on what is coming, or when. At this time we are ordering everything all cultivators offer us for flower. However we don’t expect to have supply for both the medical & rec programs until summer of 2020.

DO NOT BRING THE PRODUCT OR PACKAGING BACK INTO THE DISPENSARY!

Medical Patients: We will credit your account with the appropriate compensation.

Recreational Customers: We will send you an email confirming that we received your product and receipt photos, you will then show this email to your budtender on your next visit. If we have that cultivator’s product in stock, we can reimburse you in product, equal to the dollar amount that was spent on the failed product. *Due to product shortages, replacements may be difficult at this time. Receipts are required for reimbursement.
